The guest house is clean and well kept, with the family living in the lower part of the house, which adds to the security of the place. Though the accomodation is offered on a 'room only' basis, it offers the freedom to come and go as you please.
Only a few yards away from the beautiful Calangute beach and the Arabian sea, its location is second to none and with Calangute town only 5 minutes walk away it makes an excellent location for eating out, shopping or visiting other parts of Goa by taxi as there is a taxi stand at the end of the road.
Frances's guest house is minutes away from the Sea Pearl beach shack where you can while away the hours over a few drinks, and breakfast is excellent.
